Christmas Camp 2024

Immerse yourself in an unforgettable tennis experience!

At the RNTC Costa Mujeres Christmas Camp you will live a unique experience full of tennis, sports, and fun.

You will maximize your game following the Rafa Nadal's methodology, working on determining aspects of the game such as technique, tactics, physical condition, or competitive mentality. And have fun participating in water and sports activities in a unique environment at the Mexican Caribbean!

This campus is aimed for kids between 10 and 17 years old from all levels of play. It includes:

• 12 hours a week of group tennis training. Ratio 1:4 (2h/day).
• 6h per week of physical training (1h/day).
• 6 weekly hours of Building a Champions activities (1h/day).
• 7.5h weekly of recreational activities (1.30h/day).
• Guided visit to the Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience.
• Welcome Pack and Delivery of diplomas to the players.
• Energy break and Food.

* The Camp lasts 6 days ((Thursday to Tuesday).

The Christmas Camp is available from Thursday 26th December to Tuesday 31st December 2024.
